Biggest Loser

I've been hearing some grumbling about
my chunky legs and pot belly so I thought
it was time I do something about it. I need
a six-pack to impress the ladies!
Welcome to my gym...
 
I like to start with arms. The stronger my
arm muscles are, the more milk I can hold
in my bottle!!


Now for ab and leg work...
Let's start with some toe touches.


Look at my abs gettin a workout!


I got skills! I bet you can't
do this. Just call me Mr. Limber!

Whew! I'm sweating after that workout.
I'm so worn out I think I'll just take
a nap right on the gym floor!!
